Annual Home Inspection

The Home Inspection Squad inspector(s) provides annual home maintenance inspections. Every house requires care and regular maintenance, and eventually, some parts of your house might need repairs. Any defects found during the inspection will be noted in the written report

Mobile Home Inspections

The Home Inspection Squad inspector(s) understand the unique issues of factory-built homes. This knowledge allows them to pinpoint current and future issues that may be unsafe, lower the value of the home, or be too expensive to repair.

Phase Inspections

A newly built home can still have potential issues. The Home Inspection Squad inspector(s) are trained and licensed to inspect newly built homes. Our Inspectors will be able to evaluate the four phases for new construction inspections: Foundation and Footing, Pre Drywall, Final Walk though / Pre-Settlement and the 11 Month Warranty. 

Condo Inspections

The Home Inspection Squad inspector(s) conduct interior only or full inspections of your unit.  Our report along with HOA documentation will allow you to make a more informed decision about a property’s value and health. 

Wind Mitigation

The Home Inspection Squad inspector(s) will evaluate the home's existing safety features that make it more secure and less likely to be damaged during storms. In Alabama and Georgia home owners may benefit from reduced insurance premiums.  

Mold Inspections

The Home Inspection Squad inspector(s) will evaluate any moisture intrusion into the interior that creates an ideal environment for mold or mildew. We utilizing thermal imaging and Moisture meters to pin point the source of the moisture intrusion.   

Thermal Imaging Inspection

The Home Inspection Squad inspector(s) provides thermal imaging as a service to help you uncover potential problems that are not visible by the human eye. We use the latest thermal infrared imaging tool to detect sources of energy loss, pest, etc.

Pre-Listing

The Home Inspection Squad inspector(s) will evaluate all structural and system components of the house from bottom to top, from the foundation to the roof.  Our comprehensive inspections will ensure you know what to look out for when buying the new home

4 Point Inspection

The Home Inspection Squad provides four point inspections. This inspection only covers four areas of interest. These areas are electrical, plumbing, roof, and HVAC. Insurance companies will ask for a four point inspection for properties that are 25+ years old

Pool & Spa Inspections

The Home Inspection Squad inspector(s) will evaluate all structural and system components of the house from bottom to top, from the foundation to the roof.  Our comprehensive inspections will ensure you know what to look out for when buying the new home
